Sales Associate

Do you love nature and birds as much as we do? We're looking for an enthusiastic sales associate to help customers connect with nature in their own backyard. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, about 16 to 20 hours a week with some weekend shifts.   

Requirements:

Must love nature and have an interest in learning about backyard birdfeeding.
Understand that the high energy customer experience is the #1 priority.
A willingness to complete training modules as part of the High Energy Training and Certified Birdfeeding Specialist Programs in order to deliver excellent customer service.
Understand and communicate merchandise and product solutions to meet customer needs.
Complete the changing of displays, signing, and restocking of merchandise.
Fulfill online orders and manage online inventory.
Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
Maintain good housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and well-presented store.
Complete other duties as assigned.

Flexible scheduling, but weekend work is required.

Starting pay $12-$14 depending on experience (with room for growth).
